I have shopped at Bonmarche for many years and have always loved their clothes. But for the past year at least if not longer I seem to be returning clothes for either the bad quality ie jeans seem to be so thin these days or the sizing which seems to have changed and be somewhat off.
But what I have noticed is trying to get a refund is getting harder and I cannot understand why.
If anyone at Bonmarche is reading this - order number 505552301 I returned and have tracking via Evri I am still waiting for the £18.00 refund and it is now 33 days that I have been waiting for it. Its not good enough really is it?

Ordered some shorts after beimgblet down by another company. I paid for express delivery but she did say it could take 48 hours. They were here the next day. The lady I spoke too was extremely pleasant and dealt with my enquiry immediately, unlike the other company. Oh and the shorts were brilliant too

I got a dress that was basically two different sizes on each side, v. noticeable. I had got rid of packaging before I realised, so I contacted Bonmarche on email provided as customer service asking for return label. 3 weeks and no reply. Called them, was told that they don’t provide free return labels and that I had to return it at my own expense, and then they will refund the xst to me if I provide receipt. Completely ridiculous. Giving them two stars as other two dresses were lovely, but it is essentially a zero for customer service.

What is the matter with Bonmarché order a top which I never recieved had to ring them to tell me it’s out of stock but I’ve already payed for it I did get my money back bit I recieved no email when I looked on there website it was still in stock I’ve ordered another top which again not recieved but they took the money again don’t answer there emails I will have to ring again after that I’m done with Bonmarché

Easy site to navigate...great choice of products and sizes for everyone... Delivery fast too..definitely recommended to family and friends for their summer holiday clothes...

I returned my order on 1st July, and still had no refund, I have emailed 3times with no response. I have tried calling the customer service number but was hold for the full hour of my lunchtime break at work, as I am in work during the open times, this is the worse of customer service I have ever heard of. I will never buy from hear again, and take the chance. I spent £126, now I will have to take this further to get my money back.

don't deserve any stars,
to totaley ignore customers is a disgrace. and for a cs team not to be open after 5.30 is shocking , how can working people get in touch, when you ignore emails.

Found staff very pleasant and helpful at Keighley Store. Spotted a square neck vest top while in store .. great find not too low front and good straps that hide bra straps and don’t slip off shoulder. Fitted great ordered more. Please can we have a ‘brown’ colour in collection too! Great under open blouse too!

Terrible customer service. I sent back 2 items of clothing weeks ago and haven't been fully refunded. I've tried contacting twice, first time was ignored and second time was swept aside rudely giving me incorrect information. Weeks later I'm still out of pocket. I will never order from them again.

On my 1st visit to the site I ordered some Sara straight leg jeans. These arrived today and I am so pleased with them I immediately ordered another pair in a different colour.
Sadly, all the shorts are too long imo.

Ordered a straight skirt which is lovely. Also ordered a white square necked white tee shirt which I have previously bought. They have made the material MUCH THINNER and the body about 3 inches LONGER. This is especially bad if, like me, you like white tee shirts as you can see through them now and they look semi-opaque. The neckline now looks FLOPPY too because of the thinness of the cotton. These thin tee shirts can be bought anywhere. Also, I am 5'7" and the tee shirt is too long and now does not look right with a skirt. Do no recommend these tee shirts anymore and will not be buying anymore. What a pity that they ruined something good!

This is the first time I've used this site I found it easy even when I changed my mind.Depending on my further experience I'm sure I will use it again.
